When is Kuna Days 2026?
Kuna Days takes place over three days:
Friday, July 31, 2026 - Crooked 8 KUNA KRASH ticked event
Saturday, August 1, 2026 - Bernie Fisher Park
Sunday, August 2, 2026 - Bernie Fisher Parker
Where is Kuna Days held?
Most Kuna Days activities take place at Bernie Fisher Park, the downtown Kuna area, and nearby community facilities. Individual events may be held at different locations, so check the full schedule before attending.
Is Kuna Days free?
Many Kuna Days activities are free, including the parade, entertainment, vendors and Kids Carnival. Some events, including the Kuna Krash Demo Derby, food purchases, beer areas and registered competitions, may have separate fees.

Who organizes Kuna Days?
Kuna Days is hosted by the Kuna Chamber of Commerce with support from the City of Kuna, local businesses, community organizations, volunteers and sponsors.

Friday Events
What happens Friday evening?
Friday features the Crooked 8 and Kuna Krash Demo Derby. Doors open at 5:00 p.m., and the event begins at 6:00 p.m.

Saturday Events
When is the pancake breakfast?
The Boy Scouts Pancake Breakfast is Saturday from 7:00–10:00 a.m. in the park.
When is the Kuna Days Fun Run?
Registration begins Saturday at 7:00 a.m. The Fun Run starts at 7:45 a.m. near the sand volleyball courts on the greenbelt.

When is the Kuna Days Parade?
The parade begins Saturday at 10:00 a.m. The 2026 theme is “Red, White and 250.”
What time do the vendors and food booths open?
Vendors and food booths at Bernie Fisher Park are scheduled for:
Saturday: 9:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m.
Sunday: 9:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
Individual vendors may have slightly different operating hours.
When is the youth mud obstacle course?
The Annual Kuna Down and Dirty Youth Mud Obstacle Course begins Saturday at 11:00 a.m. on 2nd Street. -Free to particpate
Is there a Kids Carnival?
Yes. The free Kids Carnival is scheduled Saturday from 11:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. at the baseball field.
When is the cornhole tournament?
The cornhole tournament is scheduled Saturday from 1:30–5:00 p.m. Additional registration information should be obtained from the City of Kuna.

Is there live entertainment?
Yes. Saturday entertainment is scheduled at the stage down by the baseball field:
11:00 a.m.–12:30 p.m.: Music
12:30–1:00 p.m.: Power Music & Dance Studio
1:30–2:30 p.m.: Mullet Contest
3:00–4:00 p.m.: Line Dancing with Dirt Road Dancing
4:15–6:00 p.m.: Music
6:00–7:30 p.m.: J.R. and the Stingrays
8:00–9:30 p.m.: EpicUnion
When are the fireworks?
The fireworks show is scheduled for Saturday at dusk. The exact starting time will depend on sunset, weather and safety conditions.
Sunday Events
When is the hot-air balloon launch?
The balloon launch is scheduled Sunday from 6:00–9:00 a.m.
Balloon launches are highly dependent on wind and weather conditions. Delays or cancellations may occur for safety reasons.

When is the softball tournament?
Due to not having enough teams register, we are unable to host a tournament at this time. We hope to reschedule this tournament so watch our website and social media for upcoming information.

Yes. 10:00–11:30 a.m.: Dancing Group

Food and Beer Areas
Will food be available?
Yes. Food booths and vendors will be available at Bernie Fisher Park on Saturday and Sunday.
Is alcohol available?
A beer booth and beer garden are scheduled at Bernie Fisher Park:
Saturday Beer booth: 11:00 a.m.–10:00 p.m.
Beer garden near the stage: 11:00 a.m.–10:00 p.m.
Sunday Beer booth: 11:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.

Guests purchasing or consuming alcohol must meet all legal age and identification requirements. Alcohol must remain within designated areas.
Do vendors accept cash or cards?
Payment methods vary by vendor. Visitors should consider bringing both a payment card and some cash.
Planning Your Visit
Where should I park?
Street parking, Church parking lots are open on Saturday closed on Sunday. City Hall, Public School parking lots and Splash pad parking lot.
Will streets be closed?
See parade route map of the Parade page for road closures. Roads along the parade will be closed by 9:00 am Saturday morning until the Parade is over. Saturday Main Street will be closed from Avenue C to the roundabout after he parade until after the fireworks. All of 2nd street and supporting streets to Main will be closed all day Saturday and Sunday until 3:00 pm. See map below.
Is accessible parking available?
The only handicap parking is at the splash pad parking lot by the river. Neighboring churches have handicap parking spots also.
Where are the restrooms?
There is a port-a-potty station near the public restrooms in Bernie Fisher Park. We also have a port-a-potty along the fun run and by the parade start/finish location.
Can I bring a folding chair or blanket?
Guests attending the parade, concerts and fireworks should plan to bring chairs or blankets.
Are pets allowed?
Due to the amount of people and kids in the park, we recommend all pets should remain at home.
Service animals should be accommodated in accordance with applicable requirements.
Safety and Updates
What happens during bad weather?
Some activities may be delayed, relocated or canceled because of weather or safety conditions. Hot-air balloons and fireworks are especially weather-dependent.

At the KUNA CHAMBER Booth near the front of the park by the basketball court.
